Egg Collection System
CHAKRA GROUP has an egg collection system in its wide range of products. The cages are threaded and connected to the collection system where the eggs are collected and dispersed into egg trays manually after the eggs reach the collection tray.This machine as well has been completely design to deliver quality by carefully collecting the eggs from the cages and transferring them to the collection tray.The damage and mishandling of egg is minimized in this machine when compared to manual collection of eggs.

| Cage Mats |
A chicken should be ensured that it is comfortable in the cage.We have noticed and observed that the feet of the chicken are hurt and damaged when it rests on the cage mesh.The floor of the cage should be made such that it does not hurt the chicken.Cage mats made of high quality plastics are manufactured at CHAKRA. Unlike the rubber mats,the plastic mats ensure long life as the rubber mats become brittle and crack after a course of time which again has to be replaced.
We have noticed that plastic mats have better life and performance than the rubber mats.
